Umm, nothing short of amazing!! I will always come here to support them. My dog has fly biting syndrome and haven’t had much help with the vet. I was given lots of supportive advice and made some good purchases. I wish I could have stayed to chat longer.. 5 stars!

I've been to all of their locations and the staff has been amazing at each one. There is always something to find for my fur babes that they love. The fact that the dogs can pick out their own treats is amazing. Today I got both dogs with picky peculiar different tastes a long-lasting bone for the ride home suggested by the employees. To my surprise even my little dog chowed down on one that was developmentally appropriate for her old age and lack of teeth.

Same great product and service as usual. However, Im worried things may be going downhill as small amenities such as the complementary Twix have been removed. These were just a nice touch on top of the friendly staff.

We were visiting Charleston and we find this store. Great quality products and the associate (Savannah) gave us tons of information about their products. It was definitely worth it to stop by and get some natural treats for our puppy. We’ll definitely come back when visiting again or even ordering online since she said they do shipping as well! 🤩
