Pet Supplies Plus Jacksonville

Will not be going back for grooming services. We made an appointment in Oct for Dec (because that was the earliest availability) when we got there at the time that the groomer had written on our appointment card, the same lady told us that our appointment was a half hour earlier and she wouldn’t have time to do the full bath and nails. We still paid the full price for a crappy rushed job. The appointment was for an hour and it only took about 20 minutes. So we made another appointment for the earliest we could get in which was March (4 months later). We get there 15 minutes before our scheduled time and were told by another employee the groomer went home early and said she called everyone to reschedule. No one had called us! Not sure if they need more groomers or just someone more competen

Talk about service.. we ordered this dog food tonight, auto every 12 weeks and received tonight, half off and free delivery!🐾👌🏻✨️

Great store with an attentive staff. Self serve dog wash is handy. Gracie loves the cookies,toys and her new bed too!

The staff is always polite and very helpful. Would recommend to anybody that needs pet supplies.
