If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s a big deal to take your 5 month old Shih Tzu in for their first haircut and have it turn out like this…so sad! And then to be totally disrespected at the desk, by saying she was matted and that’s all they could do. This is when a picture is worth a thousand words. She was not matted and Fur babies just didn’t care. No apology, sympathy or any words to try and make us feel better.

I’ve been coming here well over a year and a half since about they opened. The last time I brought my dogs in I was asked if I wanted a trim which I never usually do because I have double coated show dogs (in retirement) since summer was coming up the very nice gentleman I usually deal with said he could trim down some of the longer stuff just a bit so I agreed and my husband picked up the dogs a few hours later. It looked aweful and choppy. My dogs chest hair was cut short and the feathering on their legs was gone. The body hair looked like it had a toddler take scissors to it. I didn’t say anything to them because I figured I would let it grow back out and just tell them next time not to cut anything. I used to from my own dogs for shows but because of my disability I started paying $120

We had a great experience! Fur babies has a very a friendly atmosphere and they were able to get me an appointment fairly quickly. I took in my 8 year old cat to get trimmed and they exceeded my expectations by far and worked wonderful with her! She looks great and you can tell she feels so much better. I've previously taken my Bassett hound, who absolutely hates his nails being trimmed, and they did it in stride and he wasn't phased at all. They certainly have a way with animals! Would highly recommend and we will returning in the future!

Deb and her crew are wonderful in grooming my senior dog. Their business is super clean and has that “homey” feel to it! They’re friendly and treat my dog like one of their own!

They’re absolutely the best place to send your fur baby. Kind and respectful and they make sure your animal gets the best care!
