Morgan County Animal Control

MCAC is wonderful. I have adopted from there and they truly care about animals. I have seen them in the community often, helping people catch their pets, trap racoons, and they work to help people reunite with lost pets. I've enjoyed the staff and mission since I moved here 12 years ago.

This rescue is by far one of the best, there stats for euthanasia is amazing, I believe last year only 2 animals were put down, if I’m not correct feel free to change that. Also, you have been getting WAY too much hate about beau. If these people would look into it more they would see it is law that you must put a date for euthanasia! Also, beau has over 100+ people interested in him. I know that my family will be there right at opening to adopt that guy. This facility is by far the best and you take great care of your animals. I will be there Saturday to visit with your dogs and see if little beau is the best fit for our family, if not we will be adopting another dog at your shelter.

Good with animals. They try to adopt animals out & find a good home for them. Their staff is nice. If they can't find anyone to adopt out. They try to send the animals to another shelter to be adopted out.

Why would you guys euthanize perfectly healthy animals? Especially any animals under 5? That’s cruel. Don’t say the means aren’t available because I’ve worked in a shelter- 7 year old dogs stayed 7 months-a year to find their perfect home! That is evil. These dogs deserve more. This is unbelievable and I urge you to change your policies. No creatures life deserves to be written off as if they are nothing. This disgusts me& I can assure you many others

I like the cats I have seen there. They are taken care of . They play and are used to being around people. It's a small shelter.but that is due to the budget. I'm glad they do a very good job caring for the animals. 🐈🐈‍⬛🦮🐕🐕‍🦺🐱🐱🐈🐱🐈❤❤💯💯💜🦮🐕❤❤
