We brought our 35-lb and 75-lb dogs to Pet Supplies Plus Latta Road store for the Nail Trim/Paw Package on 2/22/26, and it was such a great experience! I made the appointment over the phone with Mikey, and he was able to get us in that same day. He was friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person. Both of our dogs have pretty high anxiety, and Mikey was incredibly patient and gentle with them. One of our girls was so excited/nervous that she peed on the floor … twice. He handled it with total kindness and never made us feel embarrassed. During the trim and pampering, he was calm, attentive, and genuinely loving with both dogs. They were very helpful, the customer service was stellar. They are mostly employed by very polite, kind, and helpful young adults with the skills set I should expect of anyone old enough to gain employment. I was greeted immediately.

We love our cats and Christmas is a close second 🤶🏼. When we were in the store the manager, John, showed us the Santa couch. Our cats love it. Thank you John for helping us keep our cats happy.

I was at the Marriott so this place was right across the street and I had to get my cat food which was awesome so the convenience of it is a lot of why I gave it the four stars but also because the girl behind the counter was very sweet very kind she helped me as much as she could to find as much as I could according to what my cat will and won't eat. The only reason they didn't get a whole five stars is because three different kind of duck flavored food they did not have but all the other ones do but that's the only reason I got four stars everything else spectacular

This location has the kindest employees. They are always willing to assist customer and do it with a smile. They only thing I would suggest is that they clean/deodorize the shampoo area after every use. Other than that, I can't complain. I know that Calvin & Hobbes love that bully sticks are always in stock.
