Emily is absolutely outstanding. She takes care of my three girls’ nails with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love every single visit. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring approach makes a stressful task effortless, and the results are always perfect. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she works with, and it shows in both her technique and the trust they place in her. We’re grateful every time we see her on the schedule.

This Pet Supplies Plus is a fantastic neighborhood pet store. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the management team really goes above and beyond. Special shout-out to Jeremy, Mike, and Michael for their outstanding customer service. One time the store was out of the dog food I use and I had completely run out at home. Instead of just telling me it was unavailable, they contacted other stores, located the food, and had multiple bags delivered to my store the same day. That kind of service is rare these days and was incredibly appreciated. The prices are reasonable, the store is well stocked, and the customer service is truly top tier. This is exactly what a great neighborhood pet store should be. Highly recommend!

I have shopped here for several times. Most of employees here are friendly and helpful. Their prices are very competitive and quality is excellent. I pick this over the PetSmart in Springfield for customer service and variety of foods. I also take my dog here for self washing. The employees and manager were very attentive and helpful. They showed me step by step to use the machines. The self washing area was clean and organized.

Great place for your pets. The staff actually care and are so kind!! I took my two large dogs to be groomed and the process was super efficient. Michelle was so great, we will absolutely stick with her for grooming.

My pup is uncooperative for nail trims and my friend recommended this place. Staff greeted us when we came in, the grooming staff were great with Emma and their sales prices lured me into buying some treats for her while I waited. Great experience and will be back.
