Love the store. Decent prices and supper sweet employees. However they did give my baby a terrible haircut. We’ll always be customers just not with the grooming department 🤣🤣🤣

Pet Supplies Plus is a solid neighborhood pet store, but not outstanding. The store is generally clean and well organized, and they usually have the basics we need in stock. Staff interactions are hit or miss—some employees are helpful and friendly, while others seem disengaged. Prices are fair but not especially competitive compared to larger chains or online options. Overall, it’s a convenient option when you need something quickly, but it doesn’t quite stand out enough to be a first choice every time.

Great customer service. I have a standing order for dog food every three weeks. Thier prices are also very reasonable, and I always get a coupon to use in the mail.

Layla is the best! I came in looking for a new food for my Maltese and she helped guide me in the right direction! Clean and simple ingredients. This is the best Customer Service that I’ve had in a long time and I’ll definitely be back!

Such friendly and helpful customer service here. Prices are pretty great considering in store. You’re able to accumulate rewards & get occasional coupons. Selection is pretty good, occasionally out of stock but workers usually provide option for online or (if you can wait a day or two) they actually restock pretty fast! I know there are a few workers here who see me often and truly everyone here is very nice and helpful as much as possible. Only thing is I wish there was an app for their business instead of signing in on a web browser but that’s very gen z of me 😅 Typically I come here for my dogs treats and food, but they also a large selection for cats. I do think they had could have more selection for reptiles food but that’s coming from having barely a few selection of reptile items
