Our family so thankful for the grooming staff at Pets supplies plus in garden city! Our pup doesn’t love to get groomed and he’s high anxiety. Kay does an amazing job with him! She listens to our wants and his needs and he comes out looking perfect! Thank you Kay, we really appreciate you!!! 💗💗💗💗

Ordered a pet food product online and it was ready in an hour. I parked outside and the associate placed the 40 lbs of dog food into my vehicle and was very courteous. I always shop at this pet store and have my Shiba Inu groomed here as well. They are awesome.

This store has a home-town atmosphere, not like the big pet store chains. There are plenty of employees to help you, even load your purchases into your car if need be. I've been going there for decades and never had a bad experience. The prices are very reasonable and they always have sales going on. The patience that these people have with all the dogs walking around in the store with their owners is absolutely amazing. They even let me borrow a bottle of Nature's Miracle and a roll of paper towels with me while I shopped so I wouldn't be worried about my dog having an accident!!! I'd give them more than a 5 ⭐️ rating if I could!

First time visit and my dog got butchered she had very long silky hair and all I wanted was to cut ends and shape body and face and this is how I got her back

The general manager, Alex, is lucky to have such a standout employee on the team. Emily’s dedication and helpfulness truly make a difference, and she absolutely deserves recognition—if anyone has earned a promotion, it’s her. Highly recommend this store thanks to the great service!
