Great care and customer service! We are pretty new to Oaklawn, but we have had a great experience so far mainly because of the ladies at the front. They are extremely patient and kind. They’ve rushed paperwork for my dogs when they needed care and have made recommendations to help us find the best of everything at the best prices. Nalisha provided exceptional customer care, time and dedication to her job. Thank you so much for all that you do. It is truly appreciated.

My pets had been going to Oaklawn Ave Animal Hospital since my first dog 65 years ago. This past year when I called to make I was told my vet no longer worked there. I went through all the great vets that worked there and they were all gone! I followed my Sophie's Dr. to her new location. I was not informed of the change, but I did get a ton of text messages from the office wanting me to buy stuff from them! You lost 65 years of dedicated patients Dr. Whoever bought the practice. I'm a former chiropractor who bought a practice after working there for a year as a smooth transition, so I understand how this could have been done.

We've consistently had amazing experiences at Oaklawn. We have three dogs, including a Frenchie with typical breed issues who recently underwent back surgery. Oaklawn has closely monitored his recovery and ensured quick ER access during flare-ups. After a terrible experience with another vet, we brought our highly reactive dog to Oaklawn. Given her history of being attacked as a puppy, we're very cautious around other dogs. Oaklawn accommodated us by having us enter through a side door and completing the checkout process in the room, making the visit seamless. I'm extremely impressed and grateful we made the switch!

The staff are professional and personable. They put Ginger at ease almost immediately! We love them!
