Been shopping here since I moved to Conway in February. No one barely greets you. People with poor social skills and none customer service at all. This new generation of adults are terrible for any public service place. Everytime I come here I get looked like I am going to steal something. I make a lot of money and I come spend it here all the time for all 5 of my cats. And every time I try to Price match especially that one big young manager always looks at me like she dont believe me, even though I am literally showing them on google THE INTERNET the prices I am trying to price match. WHY EVEN HAVE A HUGE SIGN SAYING “we price match” if they going to give you an attitude every time. Get rid of these people. This page has a lot of bad reviews.

I have been very patient with this location due to it's convenient location for me but time after time I find myself more and more disappointed. From grooming, to online purchases, quality of food and even the self-wash services. I had a rescue pup who was generally terrified in grooming/vet environments. Previously we had a great experience with a groomer at this location, unfortunately, that person was not there so another groomer performed the nail trim and only further traumatized my dog until I had to tell them to stop. As a groomer, if you aren't equipped/prepared to handle large breeds or a dog that clearly looks uncomfortable, please stop. The pick-up options for online ordering have become less convenient. Whose dog is this? No seriously he looks very unrecognizable and not how I asked for him to look at all. I do not recommend this grooming at all. I asked for him not to be too short and this is behind short. Pictures show his haircut from psp Feb 4 2025. Another picture in the green chair is a before picture. Picture in the car is how his hair was a cut at Petco where they did a great job decided to try psp out because they are closer but biggest mistake.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of items for dogs, cats, reptiles and fish. Their prices are good and if you find it cheaper online they will price match. They also have live crickets and frozen mice for feeding your pets.

I love this store but honestly the girl behind the counter is not helpful at all. When trying to use coupons I got sent to my email she kept saying they are not active. I showed her the email and she just shrugged. When I asked if a manager would know more she said oh let's try again then miraculously the coupons worked. I'd rather go to the winter park location where they're definitely a lot more helpful and nice
