amazing service!! we went in the store and were greeted by somebody right away. Then they offered to go through some of the product choices that we were interested in. Then a. couple of days later, we needed to purchase a crate, which I wanted to do online. I was having trouble so I called the store and the person offered to place the order for me or to stay on the phone with me until I was able to complete it online. She was extremely friendly and helpful! Pick up Service was quick, professional, and impressive.

This was my first time in Pet Supplies Plus. I managed to find my picky kitties food/flavor with a Google search and purchased 10 right away. When i went to pick up the food I found out there was a mix up and they were out of the magic flavor! The owner went to his other store and got the food which they had in stock. When I picked it up there were little kitty treats and the nicest note attached! You just don't get that kind of service from a big box store!

Don’t get me wrong the poor animals are cute but they’re not taken care of properly and don’t sell the correct necessities you need to take care of the animals. The fish look pitiful especially the beta fish who are actually beautiful when taken care of properly and the cats they have there are sick with red eyes, crust, and black stuff on their fur and paws and inside ears. I wouldn’t buy from this store the prices are insanely high especially for a store that doesn’t have proper equipment or housing and the animals are in poor condition. I would recommend pet paradise in Virginia Beach where the employees actually know the correct things these pets need! (It’s very inhumane and sad these animals deserve homes too but funding them is also horrible keeping these kinds of places in business

We took our pet for the Santa photos and the employees were all but clueless. I asked if all of the cookies were for humans only, they didn’t know and had to ask. I asked about Santa and the freebies and they said it ended at 1 after making me stand around for 5 minutes and telling me he’d be right out. Flyer says 2.

This place is very clean. The employees are all very nice and willing to help. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because I have come in here once or twice a week for the last 3 weeks looking for white aquarium gravel and they never have any. Some other items in the store are also almost always out of stock and the shelves are empty and they still don't order more. This is very frustrating because now I have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks or go somewhere else to buy some. Update: A wonderful employee approached me while I was looking and asked if I needed anything and I told her. She went and looked in the back for me. Sadly they are still out of stock.
