I went into this store the other day and I looked at the reptiles. The current state of the ball python in this store is absolutely horrendous. I actually had to leave the store because I started to tear up. The ball python is very clearly emaciated. It looks like it hasn’t eaten in weeks or months. When holding it, I could feel its ribs wrap around my finger, that’s how hollow its stomach was. It has so much stuck shed and is possibly blind in one eye due to the stuck shed. That poor baby needs to be surrendered or something needs to happen because I refuse to give this company money to boost their reptile sales just for another poor animal to take its place to be abused and neglected. Absolutely disgusting.

I will always shop local and the store has pretty much everything. They need to put out water for the dogs. There's not a water station and it's just too damn hot to have the dog grooming around with no water bowls available. It's nice to be able to bring your dog in there however my dog was thirsty and there was no water for him available. Also when I went in I was looking for wolf products which they did not carry and I had to order online. Hopefully they will get some more work products in especially for larger dogs.

Brought my dog Roxie in for a nail trim. She is a very anxious dog who doesn't like nail trims AT ALL! Christina was great with her!! She was able to clip Roxie's nails and I'm so thankful to find someone who is patient with my dog. We will be back in 3 weeks as advised. Thank you Christina! Also, a great store for everything else such as toys, treats and food. They also send great 30%off coupons regularly if you sign up with them.

Great customer service I used the self dog wash today only $14 not a bad price at all. Provides you soap and towels 10/10 recommend.

We recently moved to Suffolk so it was out first time at this location and all I can say is Lily did an AMAZING JOB grooming my dog! It’s the best he has ever looked and he came out very happy! I could see she was very patience with him, thank you Lily we are definitely coming back!
