Samantha was absolutely amazing with my anxious dog! She took her time, moved at his pace, and really made him feel comfortable. She even figured out that he preferred the Dremel over the clippers, and by the time we left he was giving her kisses! I couldn’t be happier with how patient and caring she was. I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Chapel Hill. Hailey the manager was amazing, and went truly above and beyond. She personally showed me how to use the dog wash station and patiently explained everything step by step. I felt completely comfortable and supported. The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a welcoming environment.

Nice small pet store and dog grooming space! Has nice fish, birds, lizards and even snakes! Good selection of pet foods and supplies! The sales staff is very welcoming and helpful! I found the perfect Siamese fighting fish (Betta splendens), commonly known as the betta fish that I have been waiting for them to get in!

I didn't know how I felt about this location until I went a few weeks ago after the ice and before our big snow. But the staff there was just so friendly and kind and informative. The place is well stocked and clean. I'm definitely happy going there over and over again.

I brought my pup up to the store for a grooming appointment with Samantha. She did an amazing job! My pup looks like a completely different pup! He feels so much better after his groom! Highly recommend Samantha!!
