Billerica Pet supply plus has kind and caring groomers ! Alexis and Adrian have done a great job with my Toller . We will be returning for sure ! I highly recommend them .

Their self grooming location is good. Prices are higher as a whole. I usually take my dog for the self grooming room. Which is an easy spot to use, Worth noting that the hours for the self grooming differ from the store hours. Per my visit today they shut down the self grooming area 1.5 hours before the store closes. This is not noted in their website.

DON’T SUPPORT THIS STORE. If I could give a negative rating I would. This store should not be selling animals under any circumstances, especially fish. I was there in December and all of their bettas had algae growing in their small little cups. The water hadn’t been changed in days. It was absolutely disgusting. There were DEAD betas. When I asked the manager who was taking care of them they said their care technician was out. So no other employees in the entire store noticed dead animals and disgusting tanks!? That is just animal cruelty and gross negligence. Terrible company.

My go to for quick pet supply pick up. Staff there are usually more helpful than the other big box pet stores in neighboring towns. Very glad they have coupons in local flyers as well as it makes it more affordable for me to spoil my 3 fur babies with higher quality items and extra toys or treats. Grooming services are available but I’ve never used them so can’t really comment on quality.
