We cannot thank the team at Billerica Veterinary Hospital enough for the exceptional care they’ve provided our pups. A special shout-out goes to Victor, who has been our go-to contact for every question and concern we’ve had. He was especially instrumental during our dog's TPLO surgery and recovery, providing the support and guidance we needed during a tough time. The follow-up care here is top-notch, and it’s clear the entire staff truly cares. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that treats your pets like family!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My 11 week old 4.6 pound puppy got the runs Tuesday very watery and loose so I IMMEDIATELY made an appointment at 8:30 am the next am for him to be seen when I realized it wasn’t just an “off” bum. I was assured by the doctor that if anything came back in the fecal test they would call me the next day. I paid for an appointment, test and bought the recommended probiotic in office for $273. I gave it to him Wednesday as directed and waited. When I didn’t hear anything Thursday at 4pm I called the office and was told bc that Dr was “off today, he will probably reach out to you tomorrow.. but yes he’s positive for worms”. Oh- cool so although the doc said I’d be told today and he knew he was out no one cared my puppy will suffer- got it. NEVER WILL I STEP F

I can’t say enough about this place. We had to put our cat down today, and the experience was so peaceful that I’m already here reviewing it. From the moment we called to the moment we walked out, these people were incredibly compassionate, thorough, and kind. I really appreciated that all of our options were presented without pressure, but when we opted to say goodbye, the vet confirmed that she felt we were doing the right thing. The techs were so gentle with our guy, and the entire atmosphere was warm. I highly recommend them…after seeing how they handled our situation, I’d trust them with any of our animals’ care.

Always easy to get an appointment. Staff is fabulous and very flexible with ensuring stress free appointments for our 3 year old German Shepard.

We had a great experience here! They had immediate availability when we needed an appointment and were quick and efficient in helping out our pet. The office is clean and well-kept and the staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them!
