Pet Supplies Plus Bel Air

Shout out to this bel air location big parking lot, well stocked shelves and store associates that know all the knows. Dropped in for my little puppers birthday and I was greeted by Kabrina as soon as I walked in the door showing me the birthday wall next to the bakery case( which had a wide variety of treats from cookies, premade cakes ect). I explored the isles that had way more selection than the location by my house cages were clean and plenty of crickets for reptiles. I noticed the lone kitten Dani that Kabrina almost had me adopt look soooo cute I almost took her maybe I’ll be back for her. Then I was shown the bath area which is a nice upgrade with fully stocked baths. Overall this trip was way more than what I expected and will make the drive again with my little fur baby

This place is like a newly updated Pet Smart. The staff is available, friendly and knowledgeable about all what seems like 10,000+ items to choose from. And the doctor is soooo nice and helpful! My new home for my girls!!!

My sister and I were in there yesterday with my new rescue. Amanda, Amanda and Jamie greeted us (super enthusiastic and friendly) as soon as we walked in the door...and as I was looking at grooming items, asked if we needed help with finding anything and gave great recommendations!!! Thank you to the Amandas and Jamie for turning us into loyal, returning customers and for making me realize again why I love smaller businesses!!!

The staff was so helpful for my first time visiting the pet bath with my large dog. They offered him treats and pets and helped me get him into the tub. There is an amazing vibe here. Definitely recommend this store for all your pet needs.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed! Cynthia especially was a gem, not only helping me find what I came for but helping the lady with the reptile table explaining all the peculiarities of the species there. Her knowledge was incredibly helpful and informative. Absolutely recommend this store, and her especially, for any pet needs!
