Pet Supplies Plus Archer-Ashland

Tried the grooming services here for the first time and I have the deepest regret. My dog looks awful. Her legs and face is all uneven. There is no style at all. This was all after paying $101. I will never take my dog here again. It’s almost as though they did this on purpose. There is no way they thought this was a good job. I will be contacting corporate for a refund.

Beautiful store, friendly staff, unique tarantula, and doggie bath stations. Had a great time visiting yesterday. Been to many locations in Michigan, Illinois and Texas,and this location is by far the best! I drove from Mount Prospect to this location last night,and I am very glad I did. This will now be my Pet Supplies Plus. The ones in Arlington Heights and Des Plaines could learn a few tips from this location.

I usually find what I'm looking for. I have also bought pets from here. I have had great experiences buying fish as well as my guinea pig who I love with all of my heart!

The lady answering the phone this evening Checking for dog food wasn’t anxious to go. She was very patient to provide me an update on the product availability in the store.

Rescued a large breed puppy and the staff here was so helpful in locating a good brand for his tummy and quickly growing body.
