Pet Supplies Plus Allen

Adrianna and Sarah were so amazing today! I went in to get setup with a new goldfish for my niece. Adrianna was a WEALTH of information and helped me out so much. I feel way more confident with this new fishy friend. Sarah was great and helpful with other items from the front of the store and I watched her help another customer who was a bit hard to deal with. Sarah kept her cool and was super professional. These gals are an awesome example of how great super supplies plus is with my pet needs.

Visited in hopes of purchasing several items for my senior cat however, no store employee greeted me nor offered their assistance. I walked up to two Associates, but they were too busy to help. Felt like I was bothering them with my presence so I left. They watched me walk out the door and then proceeded to talk about me. Would not recommend this location.

The entire staff was amazing! They were helpful, kind, made my dog feel like a queen, which of course she is and offered to help in every way. I actually went there for a bath today which isn't as easy with a three-legged dog, as a regular dog and they just made her feel very special and me too! They noticed her nails were too long too and so she had a great nail trim there today with Amy which is also my name! Thanks to a cheerful and wonderful staff!

Very neat, clean store and well stocked. A team member met me at the door and was helpful by directing me to the dog food. When I could not find the brand I was searching for, she was kind enough to retrieve the food for me. This is my second time in the store and both times, the employees have been most accommodating, personable, and knowledgeable. I will be back!!

Always easy in and easy put. Great products for my furrbabies. Always Great service. Way better than the other pet chains. Wide variety of special diet foods.
