Best fish selection in Pensacola, hands down. MARTIN is amazing. Clean tanks, and they have an INCREDIBLE assortment of fish. I have numerous fish that people are shocked I found (and all of them were obtained here) How often do you see African butterfly fish? Lol Or freshwater lobsters? Pea puffers? I literally love stopping in to see what they have. Staff is also more knowledgeable/enjoyable than most other fish places. Petland is another favorite, the selection (and my man Martin) make this my fave.

The fish department was awful. There was a whole tank that was full of dead fish that were starting to grow some kind of fuzzy stuff on them. Another tank had goldfish snacking on the dead ones. The tanks were dirty and cleary not maintained. PUT MARTIN BACK ON THE FISH DEPARTMENT. He actually cares about the health of the fish!

We had the best experience at this store! The store manager Kristin was absolutely amazing helped in every way possible from helping figure out everything we need, knowledge of the pet we adopted, to making it so convenient since we live in Alabama and traveled to get one particular pet. Everything she recommended we are so satisfied with and her employee that answered the phone to help answer a few more questions I thought about was awesome. They are polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this store and Kristin to everyone!!! Thank you so much my daughter adores her guinea pig you helped make a childhood wish come true for her I couldn't have did it without you!! Dog wash station is awesome. We love the variety of products you may use when sudsing up your furry best friend. Staff always happy to see your canine kiddos and provide excellent service. Treat you like family and it's a nice change of pace. Not to mention the dog wash facility inside the store is top notch. Includes specific needs shampoos and conditioners (oatmeal is great for doggos w dry skin!)towels, aprons, air dryer hoses and plenty of post wash drying/grooming area. Excellent selection of all the best brands of kibble, smart stylish accessories, toys and tasty bakery quality gourmet treats practically everywhere you look. One trip here youll forget all about where ever you used to shop with your furry family members!
