Pet Supermarket

The Pet Supermarket has a friendly staff. It's a relaxing place with a bit of that old Oviedo, country charm. The layout is easy to walk around and they have a good selection of top quality dog food for our royal brindle, Cali. Great dog treats and chew toys too. A cool place to hang, and show your dog you love them, with things when you get home.

I have a well-established 20-gallon guppy tank that has been thriving for a long time. I recently purchased a few female guppies from this store, and within a week of adding them to my tank, nearly my entire stock of guppies died. The new fish were clearly sick and introduced disease into my healthy aquarium. This has been extremely disappointing, not only because of the money spent, but also because of the time and care I put into maintaining my tank. I strongly urge the store to improve their fish health standards and quarantine procedures. Customers deserve healthy fish, not the heartache of losing an established tank.

This is my dogs favorite pet store. She enjoys getting into the shopping cart and riding around as we shop for her favorite food, treats and toys. The staff and manager here are nice and friendly and offer treats to my pup when we bring her in.

I called ahead realizing I left my dogs leash at home on my way into work and needed one ASAP. I asked the associate who answered if she could possibly bring one under 20.00 to the register before I made it to that side of town, and so I didn’t have to leave my dog alone in the car for too long. She asked me how big my dog was, mentioned there was a clearance event happening and was so kind. She didn’t just bring one but brought two, and it was under 10.00. I was able to get in and out under 3 minutes. I wish I remembered the girls name but it started with an M! Thank you!

Went to this Store today and when I wentinto the Store no employee Said hi to me just looked at me and did not ask if I needed help.. I am in a wheelchair was trying to get around the employee who works there and he Barley moved so I can get through .. I was going to buy some cat food but I was upset I needed help so I just Left with out getting anything I won’t be back .. no Customer Service at this store. I won’t Go to this store ever again .. no one called me I will go someone else where they don’t ignore customers and are helpful.. what a waste of time ..
