I always get fantastic and quick service when I come to this location! I even got a couple recommendations as far as wet cat food goes, the staff here are true animal lovers! Keep my tiki cat variety packs in stock and y'all have a customer for life <3

Best Pet Supermarket store I’ve been at. Everything is so clean and the employees are so helpful and friendly. Fishtanks are SUPER clean and so many healthy plants to chose from. The manager is so kind and you can tell he really loves his job. So glad I found a store close to home with such an amazing staff!!!!

I really want to like this location, but I’ve had a couple frustrating experiences. I drive all the way from Lake Nona specifically for the self-serve dog wash and made a reservation, but when I arrived, they weren’t honoring the reserved time. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes, and no one apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Also, if you’re part of their rewards program, make sure you double-check your receipt. They don’t automatically apply rewards or ask consistently, so you have to be proactive about it. Overall, the store itself is fine and convenient, but customer service and attention to reservations definitely need to be improved.

A year ago I really wanted to write a very bad review for this store. It was poorly managed and employees were rude. It was the closest pet store for me, but I preferred to go to a store further down. I have to say in the last few months everything has changed. It is a clean, well stocked store with a really respectful manager and team. I feel welcome and will give them my business. This is a great example of what good leadership can do and how negative feedback can be turned around.

Nice store with good selection of dog and reptile stuff (only two pets I own but they seem to have good selection of other items too). Wish they had discoid roaches in stock. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
