Pet Supermarket

Very clean and spacious location. There was a slight odor, but that’s normal when you’re dealing with pets. I was quite thrilled with their selection of party items, pet toys, pet beds and treats. Really nice variety of fishes, aquariums, aquarium accessories. Check out is a breeze. They are conveniently located at Cocoplum Plaza on US 41, with lots of parking in around the store.

This has to be the most disgusting bathroom.I've seen in a very long time. Where's the manager??? There is well over a year of funk.Around the base of the toilet, especially on the right hand side of it. The bathroom door is broke and sagging. You have to lift upwards to get it to close. I told the young kid in here very tall gentleman, that I took pictures, and I'm going to leave a negative review. He looked at me like I was weird. You took pictures? Hopefully, corporate looks at these reviews and sees this bathroom. This is unacceptable. I said, man, do you guys not actually clean the bathroom? He said, no, we just mop it. The sink, the mirror the walls, there is years of funk and grime stuck hard to the wall and every single thing in the bathroom. It's never been properly cleaned.

It's the worst pet store I've ever seen. What is wrong with you people? I'd only recommend you to come and buy here if you are planning on SAVING these animals. Their fish are in poor and critical condition. more than 80% of the fish have swim bladder disease and are not taken care of properly. fish are left here to die. poor beta fish in containers are left there until they die. This is a major disappointment. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would.

⚠️ Watch out ⚠️ when you go to this location, apparently they think it’s ok to let people attack you in the store & sit and support it, they have a older lady who comes there consistently, she has a black Doberman and is super aggressive!!!! My puppy approached her and her dog as we were walking by the door she was in front of and she screamed No!!! At my dog and grabbed her dog tight by the collar, her dog was not being aggressive it was actually scared, sitting with the tail between its legs. She told us not to let our dog do “that”, I’m a honest person if my dog was being rude I have no problem saying that, but no we were just walking!!! I told her if she was insecure about her dog to not be in a public setting where there’s kids and multiple other dogs entering the store front, she c

Knowledgeable staff and healthy fish. Good selection of pet products too for varies pets. As I write this I am STILL waiting for my crickets I purchased, as it has been quite awhile since she started bagging. I've had to sit and watch while she stops mid bagging to talk to her friends that kept coming back multiple times..one of the managers ended up taking over for her on the register since business was nonstop after thah point.
