Very kind, got us in quickly and VERY CLEAN! We will start using them for all our animas now! Came for last minute appointment for my cats uti so I didn’t have to drive as far to our normal vet. Now that we live down the road I figured I would give them a try and they are wonderful so we will be back for sure!

Dr. Taylor Oleyourrk is so fantastic! You got a great one in her. She was SO loving and sweet with our dog and made us feel like we were the only ones there. She was super knowledgeable. Listened to us and didn’t discount the info we shared. She was welcoming of us advocating for our pup Libby. We felt valued and well cared for.

I was very happy with the way they worked with my puggle. She is a nervous girl and the vet and assistant sat on the floor with her. They were very professional and compassionate to her. They explained everthing to me and fit me into a busy schedule. Thanks

When I changed Vet, the experience was better. My new Vet was not pushy, gave us all the information, risk vs. benefits etc, and still respected our decision in regards to our dog. The staff and those assisting Dr.Taylor O. were very lovely and patient knowing that my dog is super excited and wants to jump and play. Dr. O and the lady assisting her explained the items on pricing and procedures and was very respectful of our decisions and considering our budget as well. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. I’m glad we stuck with Heron Creek Animal Hosp.

Unfortunately, this experience has been very upsetting, and we will not be returning to this clinic. I originally brought my dog in, who has an extensive and well-documented history of allergies, simply to continue his long-standing allergy medication. Despite his records clearly showing he has been on the same medication for years, I was required to schedule and pay for a full exam. I accepted this. However, when the medication ran out before even a full month (as they prescribed less than a month’s supply) and I requested a routine refill, the clinic refused and required another full visit and exam fee just to refill the same medication.
