I enjoy coming to this shop as well as the one on Clyde Morris in Port Orange. There's one girl there that is just super friendly. She used to be at the one on Clyde Morris but now I see her at the one here on Nova Road. She always helps me in the the fish department. Love the prices of the live fish and creatures. Not so much the aquariums and decor, but there are a lot of random things that I find that are a good price. Either way, I'll keep coming here to shop for my aquatic needs.

What a great experience this morning! Shout out to the young lady with long dark hair that was so helpful when l was looking for flea and mosquito relief shampoo for my Mastiff. I love our town and the people in it!! Thank you 😊

Yesterday at around 4:00 PM, I visited this pet store and was very disturbed by what I witnessed. A small bird, a conure, was lonely in its cage, with not. The perch was positioned directly above the water bowl, which was full of feces and absolutely disgusting, making the water clearly unsafe for a bird to drink. Food bowl was also spoiled. So clearly wrong house set up for the bird, with also not much enrichment regularly changed (toys, accessories to climb on, so the lonely bird can play/keep busy). Birds like conures are social birds, being kept lonely like this in unhealthy conditions he will end up depressed, will start to pluck his feathers off and will get sick. I read on Nextdoor that cages for birds, etc are not cleaned at the New Smyrna Beach store. Feces in water and food. If this is true it needs to be cleaned up. .

Very helpful staff, friendly and courteous. A store attendant offered to carry my two boxes of cat litter to my car (I would have had to make 3 trips in the summer heat so I was grateful.) Good selection, neat, clean. They did not carry a very specific item I was looking for (Royal Canin Urinary) but like I said, it was specific; they had most of the other varieties of RC as well as other brands. Good selection and even some sale prices.
