PETS ON THE BAY

I have had a hard time finding a groomer in the area until I found this Gem. Tracy is a wonderful owner who loves what she does. Sue had the pleasure to groom my wild boy but she absolutely loved my Finley and all his crazy. Made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job!! I will not be going any where else.

Very disorganized, booked online for today, have a screenshot from time of booking, owner moved appointment two weeks out, when I showed up today for the appointment that I actually booked, they swore I only booked a nail trim, I ultimately left since they said a full groom couldn't be completed. Never asked if I could do something sooner or wanted to keep the appointment two weeks out instead unilaterally cancelled. While I was going to cancel because there's no way I'd wait that long, still poor customer service. All for the best more than likely since she couldn't get my dog's name correct.

Brought my five month old puppy in for a groom and they were so amazing with him! He left looking brand new! I could tell he was comfortable there with them and they treated him great. Price was great too! Marlin will definitely be back for his next hair cut! Plus they made us the sweetest keepsake for his first groom.

Love having a place to take my little Romeo that is within walking distance from where I live! Everybody that works there is so nice and they did a great job on his mini groom, 10/10 recommend!

We have brought our doberman, Zeus, here twice now for a nail trim after his original nail place told us they can no longer take him due to the liabilities of his recent diagnosis of being in Congestive Heart Failure. The front desk lady who I believe is the owner and Emily have been nothing short of amazing to our boy! He loves being in there and getting all the attention from them. You can tell from the moment you walk in their business that they adore their clients. We will continue bringing our boy here and all future fur babies to them.
