We stopped in to grab dog food for our puppy. Serenity was amazing. She helped us with our dog's collar, gave us practical training tips, and was overall so knowledgeable thst we will be back.

I don’t like the place any longer. I shopped there for years and there is a skinny blonde girl that talked to me in a very condescending way when l went in about a week ago to return an expensive bag of food my dogs wouldn’t eat. I have raised and bred dogs and l didn’t appreciate the way she was talking to me. As if because l gave my dog a few scraps from the table they wouldn’t eat their dog food. The dogs wouldn’t eat it because they didn’t like it. It had a strong fish flavor. That is why they didn’t like it so I wanted to return it and she gave me a hard time about it. I’m not the only one that doesn’t like her either. I was talking to people in the check out line at Publix and they knew exactly who l was talking about. Mount Dora, FL. I went to purchase some fish. When I told her what I wanted she responded in a very condescending manner. Told me what I should want and not what I wanted. She was very young and I have to say I have tanks older than her. I just left. I will never go back. Will find another place to shop.

The manager Serenity was very helpful with directing me to what I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions, despite the store clearly having a very busy Saturday. The store was very clean, and the small animals looked well taken care of.

I went to do the washing the girl charge me $25 dollars and not explained at all that was a self washing, plus the dryer was to loud and not even blowing air,I have to go home and finish blowing dry my baby dog they never gave me the free treats or anything was the most horrible day for me and my dog. Never again and I will not recommend it at all sorry
