Marlene has been an amazing groomer for my pup Dexter. She is the only groomer in town that has been able to do a good job on his nails (he's not agressive). She is super accommodating and tries to work with my schedule.

Stood in front of the fish tanks for 20 minutes, in clear view of the front desk where workers could see me. One male employee eventually walked up the main aisle towards me, I thought finally. Only for him to turn into the last aisle and go to the animal holding containers on the wall do stuff for a couple minutes and then go back to the front. Nobody said a word to me, even as i walked out with both workers standing by the checkout. I wanted to purchase some fish and plants. This is the worst service I have had here. I left the store around 2:34 pm on 2/25/26 without buying anything.

Robbi is the absolute best. She is a great resource for any and all questions. Amazing service and absolute wealth of knowledge. She also helped me make the decision to adopt my new fur baby.

Yesterday my son and I came in to get his hamster and had a wonderful experience. Everyone on staff was friendly, but JC truly went above and beyond. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the whole transaction smooth and reassuring. We’re so grateful for his help from start to finish — he deserves recognition, and I highly recommend that the CEO, or store Manager considers him for a raise or promotion.

Was looking for a specific cat food the vet had given us. A young lady named Tara helped us find it and also gave us a $5.00 off coupon. Most helpful in these times.
