Everyone at PetStory is incredibly kind and helpful to both me and my dog. The staff always make us feel welcome. Today I brought Oreo in for grooming, and Yaeji communicated with me thoroughly about what I wanted and really tried her best to meet all my requests. She is very professional and attentive to details. After the grooming, my dog was happy and comfortable, which really means a lot to me. Highly recommend

This was Ky’s second time getting groomed by Yaeji, and she did an amazing job again! Ky was a little overdue for grooming and had gotten a bit scruffy with some mats, but he looked so cute and smelled so good after. You can tell she’s super gentle and really cares about the dogs she works with. My dog can be a bit shy, but he’s totally comfortable with Yaeji, which says a lot. The cut was exactly what I wanted both times. Definitely coming back — highly recommend her! 🐾💛

I brought my dog in for grooming today and had a wonderful experience. Jimmy did an amazing job! He was very kind and patient, and you can tell he truly loves dogs. He took the time to give my dog a grooming style that really fits my dog’s coat and personality. My dog looks great and seemed very comfortable the whole time. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely come back. Highly recommend Jimmy!

This is the first time I've taken my dog to a groomer. Hailey was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Hailey and Pet Story. She was matted in hair legs, armpit, and ears, but she saved her from getting shaved. I also wouldn't mind the shave. Done within 3 hrs. Dropped off 1:30pm, discussed for 5-15 min, picked up at 4:30pm. She was jumpy and happy when I saw her. The store has toys, accessories, clothes, and treats you can get from there. Very cute toys!

Excellent service! The groomer did an amazing job on my dog's haircut. They were professional, friendly, and clearly cared about the well-being of my pet. The salon was clean and welcoming. I'm so impressed with the results and my Benji always smells so good when he’s done. Will definitely be back for future grooming needs. Highly recommend!
