I took my cat there and despite my language barrier, they helped me get the best possible treatment for my cat. Now he is doing great. The people there are extremely kind, friendly, and professional. Even if you can speak daily English, when it comes to medical and veterinary issues, it is very hard to fully understand everything without proper support. They explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and confident. Having your Turkish staff member Metin and your Kurdish staff member Uğur is a great opportunity for both the Turkish and Kurdish communities. Pet Vet of Fort Lee has been taking care of my dogs for more than 10 years. They cared for my beloved Babydoll up to her last days and currently are caring for my new little Leo. I’ve been coming to this vet since my dog was one year old. He had his neuter surgery and other procedures done here. But over the years, I noticed that whenever my dog is sick, they tend to push unnecessary tests, X-rays, and very expensive treatments — which only make the whole situation more stressful for my dog. One day, I found out they charged me $350 for a radiologist consultation without telling me beforehand. When I questioned it, they said they would issue a refund. So please make sure to look over your invoice carefully if you go to this clinic. Yesterday, when my dog suddenly got sick, I tried to make an urgent appointment. I took my 13-year-old dog, who had severe diarrhea for three days, to the clinic. Dr. Han carefully checked my dog’s overall condition and prescribed the necessary injections and medication. After giving the prescribed medication at home, the diarrhea stopped, and I felt relieved that I had brought my dog to the clinic. The next morning, my dog, who had been refusing food, started eating on their own, and by the afternoon, seemed much more comfortable.
