Pet Spa Paws and Play

Took my 6 year old cat here, he has had issues with grooming before and it really stresses him out. The staff were wonderful and had a nice quiet side room for him to get his cut. Check in was simple and fast and they had him in before his appointment time! She did an amazing job and we will definitely be back again.

The place reaked of pet urine and feces. It was super run down. I asked to watch them cut her my dog’s nails. Good thing I did. One paw into the trim, my golden retriever was hanging off the table by the leash and the table tipped. I picked her up so she wasn’t dangling and someone came out to help lift the table upright. I made sure they had another person stay and stand on the other side to make sure she wouldn’t fall off again. She could’ve been seriously hurt. The groomer was nice, but not professional. If she reached, her whole backside was showing including her black thong. The whole place was just nasty. (My pup is okay by the way). We won’t be going back.

Unprofessional & flaky. i do not recommend this place. After being very accommodating to their groomer who kept changing appointment days and 'forgetting' that we had 2 dogs even though we booked for 2 and they have groomed them before, the groomer and the owner just decided to ignore my calls after this appointment

Every groomer we have used has been kind, patient and Professional! When my dogs see the van they nearly break down my front door to get to them! Very professional staff. Dogs always look amazing! Great communication too.

They always do such a great job with my golden retriever. Dani has been doing her for years and always does an amazing job. 10/10 recommend
