I had an amazing experience with Sergio! He took excellent care of my dog, Marley, and now he looks fantastic! Marley even got a stylish mullet, and he smells incredible too. Sergio offers a convenient mobile grooming service in his van, which made everything so much easier. I’m absolutely in love with the haircut! Highly recommend!

After our former mobile groomers retired,we found Sergio who has been grooming Zoi our shih tzu for the past year. As the Queen and ruler in our house we wanted the best! I am happy to report that we did get the best! Sergio is extremely gentle, honest and very responsible! He knows his work, as this little diva looks quite adorable! We had the opportunity to also have Giovanni groom her who is also excellent. We were so lucky to have found him!

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have my Pomeranian groomed two months ago. And after the grooming, her fur in certain areas completely stopped growing. That means the hair follicles were damaged. Her fur was growing normally before the appointment. And the team is deflecting blame instead of taking responsibility.he is blaming for matted fur which does not selectively stop hair growth — poor shaving technique and damage to the follicles do. It’s very clear the problem was caused during the grooming, not by any prior matting. They are trying to find an excuse to avoid responsibility. He also claimed to have full videos but it doesn’t explain anything. I took a look at the video they are apparently shaving with excessive force And apparently they have the same prompt to avoid the responsibilit

Absolutely delighted with the service and professionalism! The grooming in the mobile van was flawless — super practical, clean, and full of care. My little dog was treated with love and attention, and he looked so beautiful! Sérgio is an amazing groomer, you can tell he truly loves what he does.
