Pet Quarters

Mrs Margret is the best and most gentle groomer I've ever had for my dog. You just get that feeling from her. She's a one man show so sure she's takes time out here and there. I think posting about that is cruel and a huge nit pik. She's a senior groomer. She does the best she can.

We've had two small dogs. Both have been groomed at Pet Quarters. We love the ladies there. They do a good job and our pups get good reports.

They have groomed my puppy once. Did not indicate that there was any issue during his time with them. It was his first grooming experence. He was probably 4 or 5 month old at the time. Since then, EVERY appointment I make with them gets cancelled. The first couple times, I was given an excuse. I made an appointment for this Saturday and just received a voicemail telling me they couldn't bath him and that I would have to find someone else. No reason given this time. This is an very unprofessional business.

I've been going to them for about a year now, and ever since the beginning of me taking my dogs they have been very rude over the phone, however in person they weren't the same way and they did decent AT BEST hair cuts for my dogs. I rescued a new dog and was calling to make a hair appointment for him and they very rudely told me I cannot schedule an appointment for him since they've never seen this "client" and they were so booked up they wanted their regulars to get in. I will happily take my dog to someone who has more bedside manner and knows how to treat their "clients!"

My Bernie always looks so cute when I pick him up... They do such a great job..
