Pet Paradise Sanford

I boarded my dog Petey at Pet Paradise Sanford for 6 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I added the Furever Connected option, which sent me daily photos and a detailed report about how Petey was doing, and it was worth it every penny! Petey looked so happy in every picture, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I also loved being able to peek in on the webcams and see him having fun in the play areas. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely kind, and it was clear they truly cared about him. I felt confident that Petey was loved and well cared for the entire time. Highly recommend Pet Paradise Sanford! Petey will definitely be back! 🐾💛

I have a beagle, took him in for a bath, nails, ears and a booty hole cleanse. I was quoted $60 on the phone, made the appt and when I came to pay, it was $75. I asked why the difference and they stated it was to the groomers discretion. My boy is super chill, freezes when worked on. I asked what occurred that was unanticipated to incur the extra charge and they didn’t know. That’s a 25% increase in price. $75 for a good scrub for a 30 lb dog with short hair seems excessive. I get him home and kiss his sweet head expecting nothing but freshness but that was not the case. Additionally, he was still bothered by his booty so I also believe a subpar job was also done here.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Pet Paradise. I never worry about Maui going there for the day because he comes back tired and very happy from playing with all of his friends. He’s a such a social butterfly and I definitely prefer taking him in rather than leaving him home alone while we’re out all day. The cameras are so fun to be able to watch them run around, play and swim. I’m so happy we started coming here. Maui loves every staff member.

I was extremely impressed. The employees are very professional and informative. The facility was very clean and all of the dogs seemed happy and well cared for. I received updates/ report cards on my babies. I will definitely be boarding with them again!

Our dogs love it there! The big dog loves the pool and room to roam! The little guy went to Tiny Town and was spoiled!
