Pet Paradise Lawrenceville

We had been looking for a place that we could board our two dogs for the first time for a pretty long overseas trip to visit family. One of my babies is very wary of strangers and we had a lot of anxiety leaving him with anyone. We did day camp with one on one care several times leading up to our trip. The staff was very sweet, supportive, and informative during those initial visits as we got the boys used to going there. During their two week stay, I was very happy with their communication and kindness whenever I reached out for updates. A definite plus was being able to check the cameras. Exceptional service at drop off when it comes to ensuring all medication is well documented as well which really calmed my nerves about their anxiety throughout their stay. Love love love it. Staff were great. Very informative. Made me so comfortable..The pictures came in so quick . My dog look like he was on vacation there ..I also loved how it smelled so good and it was vey clean in there. Prices were cheaper than the place i normally board him. The best part is they have a pool . Can’t get no better than that . Will be our go to boarding facility moving forward.

REVIEW UPDATE I changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 Star. The staff was very apologetic after my first poor experience, but did nothing to fix the issues the second time I brought my dog here for a weekend. They still couldn’t follow instructions with his medication and forgot to give him treats. Unfortunately I would not trust them with your pet if they require any special care. Will not be returning. I am extremely disappointed with the care given to my 17 year old, Maxwell. Not only did the staff forget to give him his heartworm medication, but there were two pieces of cheese with his medication in his blanket and bed. This means that he might have only gotten his medication 2 out of the 4 mornings. I also left a bag of treats and told the girl at check in to give him treats every da

Pet Paradise was absolutely fantastic with our dog, especially since he was nervous and had never been in a kennel before. He stayed for 10 days and did great! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and clearly experienced with all types of dogs. I loved that dogs are separated by size, and the play areas are well maintained and creatively set up. Being able to check in on him through the cameras gave me real peace of mind while we were away. We couldn’t be happier with the care he received and will definitely use Pet Paradise again.

My dog Cutie is a very anxious dog but the grooming staff always takes extra care of him and makes him comfortable as possible! Always a wonderful experience! Chandler was our last grommet and cutie looks so amazing and checked with me to ensure we were happy!
