Pet Paradise Lake Nona

I’ve been very pleased with Pet Paradise. The facilities are clean, and my dog is very well cared for. I especially love that they have cameras so you can watch your dog play—it helps you still feel connected when you’re missing them. Another thing I appreciate is that if they ever have a concern about your pet, they reach out right away. That level of communication is really refreshing.

I boarded my 2.3lb puppy Coco for 4 days at Pet Paradise. The experience was exceptional. The staff is kind, very knowledgeable and skilled in pet care. I was away due to a death in my family, but called daily to check on her. Riley Graham was caring for her each day and graciously updated me. She was so patient and positive, detailing her care and sending me pictures also. She took so much pressure off my mind and heart during such a difficult time in my family. I am forever in her debt for her kindness. I want to thank the rest of the Pet Paridise staff for your service to our communities beloved pets, as they are family to us. This is a great place. The combination of pet care and veterinary services in one location is very convenient. However, the facility is often dirty. I understand that pets can have accidents, but isn't there maintenance to keep the waiting area clean and free of dust? Additionally, it would be fantastic to have chairs available for clients while we wait for services.

We took my little boy here for the first free day. As soon as we arrived we were amazed with our beautiful the facility is. The girl at the front desk was very nice and the manager I believe, he was super kind and reassuring that our boy will be well taken care of considering it’s his first time around so many dogs. The facility was clean and the pool area for the dogs is gorgeous. We dropped him off from 11:00AM -2:30 PM. We kept an eye on him through their live cameras they have all around the facility playground and rooms. I love how they transition the dogs to different places so they can play in different areas. Chester was being such a good boy around all the other dogs. The only criticism I have is I wish they would have offered him water cause he was SUPER thirsty when we picked hi

Missy is very shy and it takes her a little while to gain her confidence. Once she does she runs around like she owns the place. The staff is extra patient with her and allows her to come out of her shell at her own pace. Depending on her confidence for any particular day the staff decides if she is in with the small dogs or in with the bigger dogs. This is one reason that makes this place so special for her. The staff is always so nice and they tell me about her day (not just an auto statement). I recommend pet paradise to everyone.
