Pet Paradise Lake Buena Vista

We brought our 1 year old Golden Retriever, Hazel, to be boarded here for just over a week while we were away on vacation. We would normally board her at the Winter Garden location but after a very disappointing (and worrisome) experience, we decided to try the Lake Buena Vista location instead. Hazel was very well taken care of. She was in a VIP suite so we could watch her at all times. Her room was cleaned during her stay. She received a lot of attention from the chaperones, she was fed properly, and she is so soft and smells good after her return home bath. This location is night and day when compared to Winter Garden. It may look the same but how your pet is cared for and the cleanliness is completely different. My husband and I were in Florida for a 2 week stay along with our dog, Bree. We wanted to spend the day at SeaWorld and found Pet Paradise Lake Buena Vista. I read the reviews and it sounded like a great place to leave her for the day. She was excited to arrive and when we picked her up she greeted us with the same excitement. They even give first time clients a free stay!! We were so happy with our experience that when Bree began having anal gland issues a week later, I made an appointment with their vet. Bree was happy to visit again, enjoyed her peanut butter lick mat, during the procedure and even received her bordetella vaccine. The entire staff was was knowledgeable, friendly and super nice. We will definitely be back!!

My dog absolutely loves going to Day Camp and gets so excited to see the staff and all of her friends. As a pet parent, it is a great feeling to know your pet is being taken care of and is having the time of their life. Not to mention when she gets home she is exhausted. We love Lake Buena Vista Pet Paradise and Newday Vet Care!

Visiting the area for vacation & brought our two golden retrievers for day care. Facility was super clean, staff friendly and the girls LOVED the pool! We also loved having the ability to watch them run around with their new friends on the cameras. Definitely will bring them back when we are in the area.

Recently, we boarded our two small poodles at Pet Paradise LBV for the first time. We were going away on a short cruise and obviously couldn’t take our beloved pets with us. Our dogs are at opposite ends of the age spectrum: one is a year old, while the other is around 10. I inquired several times before check-in day about what to bring and how to package their food, among other questions. Kyle was exceptionally helpful and understanding of my anxiety, especially since I had never boarded our older dog in the seven years since we adopted her. Our puppy had stayed at another location for some training and did well there. I selected various arrangements for their stay, including all-day play for the puppy because she has endless energy.
