Pet Palace - Cary

Meet Zelie, She loves staying at Pet Palace. The staff is so kind and loves seeing her when she comes in. She is a miniature golden doodle with lots of love and energy. We just finished up puppy training with Jake, and couldn’t be happier with her results. Jake not only worked with training Zelie he helped guide us as well. My husband and I are new puppy parents, and we wish we started our training process with Jake from the beginning. I asked LOTS of questions, and he answered all of them with detailed explanations. We were very grateful for our experience.

We've used several services here, including the dog training with Jake, and found everything very satisfactory. The grooming results are great and training sessions were extremely helpful. Jake was great with my pretty stubborn dog, and very patient teaching me what I needed to know so the training can continue at home. The final judgement goes to my dog. She is always happy to go here and gets more excited to see Jake than she is to see me.

Had a last minute family emergency and needed a boarding solution for my dog. The team went above and beyond to help. Such amazing customer service, and they take great care of the fur babies. Rosie the pug and her mom thank you very much!!!

We have a couple of mixed breed rescues, a brother and sister, who we started taking here for training with Jake. They responded well to Jake and his methods, and we can't say enough good things about him. He is patient and will answer all our dumb questions and was close to 100% right when he sized up our situation. The training package included a trip to the groomer, and some play time and Doggy Daycare. Our dogs are short haired and require minimum grooming, but it was nice to know that they tolerated it well, they smelled great when they got home, and it was not difficult to do their nails was the report. My two dogs, Jameson and Addison have been boarding and grooming regularly at the Pet Palace since it opened a few years ago. I have always felt that they took excellent care of my dogs when they boarded and kept me well informed when anything was off. They have always gone the extra mile. The groomer also is super kind and does a great job. What really struck me though was my two dogs recently passed and everyone was so incredibly gracious. I received a hand-written sympathy card in the mail. Moreover, when I called to cancel an upcoming reservation after my second dog passed, the receptionist started crying. I was deeply moved that they cared so much about my pups. If you need to board your dogs, this is the best place full of people that will truly care for your dogs.
