My experience with Silvia was excellent! I also read all the reviews, and I mean ALL OF THEM. I hope the rude lady doesn't work there anymore. I got to this place because a friend has been a devoted customer for over ten years and recommended it to me. I have a mini long hair dachshund, just nine pounds of pure love, and I was looking for a kind and caring groomer. Silvia is a lovely lady, excellent with my little Bruce. She did exactly as requested and was an open door service where I could see my little Bruce's reactions. He was comfortable and happy to be there. Until now ( and I hope I never have to deal with the rude lady everyone is talking about), I give this place five stars and plan to come back soon.

This place is so accommodating. The owner always gets my pups cut right. People always comment about how handsome he looks after his spa day. Thanks so much for being a business with integrity and grace.

Silvia is a great groomer and the dog is so happy and comfortable with her! Update: Silvia has now been my dog's groomer for 2 and 1/2 years and couldn't be happier with Silvia and her staff!

I am a costumer for more than 5 years i moved 3 times while taking my dog to this groomer and now I have to drive 45 minutes to get to them but its worth it. They know my dog like no one else. Both ladies are really nice to me and I never encounter rudeness in this place about the new employee I never saw her so I cannot comment on that. But my dog loves them.

Beautiful cut and care at Pet Miami Clip. The owner couldn't have been more attentive and sweet to our pup! The facility is super clean and has a lovely scent, too!
