Pet Medical Center of Pasco

My dog had emergency surgery elsewhere over the weekend and I did his follow up care today with Pet Medical Center and the experience was amazing. The tech, Heather, and Dr. Kontogianis made me feel seen and heard and genuinely cared for. After a such a scary experience and a nerve wracking healing process after this surgery, having knowledgeable and caring providers be there for you is so valuable. Every concern was met with a clear plan and I feel confident leaving this appointment that we are headed in the right direction in his healing process. I also needed to purchase some food there and LJ was so helpful and walked with my dog around the store while I checked out to make things easier for me. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this experience. 10/10 recommend Pet Medical

When a rescue kitten needed urgent surgery to save her life we went to WSU. For her aftercare and checkup we were able to bring her to Dr. Todd and follow-up for a clean bill of health. Master Chief has a heart murmur that Todd watches closely since it was found years ago. We utilize the pet plans and it makes a world of difference when seeking appointments and care for our pets.

We just had puppies!!! 7 all together! So grateful they are all healthy! No thanks to pet medical center of pasco. Our dog had gone into labor and had already pushed out two puppies by the time we arrived. Everything was going pretty well. We have just never done this before so we were curious if we should have tied the umbilical cord at all. We called pet Medical Center of Pasco and simply asked if we should tie them or if it was OK to let them be. They said since we hadn’t been a client of there’s before. Either, we could bring her in halfway through her pregnancy as more are coming out and pay them or we could Google it. A woman named Michael had put us on hold to verify that was the appropriate way to handle this situation. And she confirmed if we didn’t pay them they were not gonna he

Normally I have had good service here, but due to a schedule issue on my part and having to spend all my down time dealing with a death in my family. I was unable to ger my pet into the clinic when they wanted me too, and I needed an insulin refill. So instead of working with me-I was sent a text message to " saying due to our most recent interaction we will no longer be able to continue your care here." Instead of a manger calling me- I got a text. This clinic is OK until you have an issue.

Update- they replied to me and lied. No one clarified to me the amount of time the shot would last or the pricing before I got the one year vaccination shot. (Pricing wasnt even the issue) I didn't start to cry until after they gave the shot to my cat- Then- after the shot was given- they told me it would only be good for one year. So wow. & I have a no tolerance policy too. I don't go places that lie. Also- sorry my tears, while only pleading with your staff to "please, please tell future cat owners that your shot only lasts 1 year before administering it" & begging them to just charge me so that I could leave- felt "abusive" to you. Merry Christmas. (I did call them & say that their staff could benefit from rewatching 1947 Miracle on 34th Street) maybe they thought that was "abusive"
