Would highly recommend. Kind, professional and even as busy as they were they remained kind and patient. We drove from Yakima with one of our Great Danes. The receptionists and everyone there were so kind. Dr Jay Huang was wonderful, kind and gentle. Thank you. Also important to mention I felt the charges were reasonable especially considering the emergency nature. Gunner was in good hands.

My cat was so so sick and he was there (on oxygen) over two weeks. The entire staff was kind and compassionate and really went above and beyond to make sure he recovered. They thought outside the box and did everything they could. They were great about communication and updates and letting me visit. You can tell every single person that works there really loves animals and they love their jobs and it shows. They even gave him a teddy bear to snuggle with for comfort! I am so grateful they saved my Loki!

This my 3rd end of life type services I've gone through with Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency. Most of my experienced have been pretty good and welcoming. While it is hard to come up financially up front for emergency services and the initial emergency visit, that is how it is run here. Credit can be used, scratch pay or care credit or other credit cards you may have as long it can all be covered from my understanding and experience. This time was slightly different. I had loved and done the best I could loving our 11 yr old cat that had, had since she was 4 wks old. We came knowing we were likely goinf to have to say goodbye. She had been dealing with diabetes the last 3ish years and it had taken quite a toll on her body. It was hard to afford the prescription food and get her into her annuals

Brought my baby girl in last night all the way from Yakima. Thank god you guys have this available to us because we have no emergency vets in town. We were seen quickly due to her condition and have called multiple times to get clarification on things and are always met with amazing service. Thank you so much for making this difficult time alittle less scary. The cost was a shock at first but in an emergency like this my babies health is completely worth it!

We are very fortunate to have a 24 hour emergency vet in the Tri-Cities. We have relied on them multiple times for emergencies with our cats. I have always found them to be competent and very caring. They are not inexpensive, but that is because of their 24/7 availability and ability to do lab work, testing and X-rays very quickly. Their vets and vet techs are just great and always put your pet's care first. They can be extremely busy late at night and because of their triage process, you may wait for awhile if more critical patients come in. They always triage when you come in. I don't mind at all. I appreciate that my pet will be seen quickly if there is something urgent needing immediate treatment. I also don't mind waiting if someone's pet is in need of emergency care more than my
