Over the last ten years, I had never thought that one day I would be traveling so much for work.I would have to board my little buddy at asleep away hotel. But after some traumatic experiences with dog walking apps like rover, I found myself in desperate need to find a place where he could feel like he had a second home.And I could feel confident in the people there to love him.And make sure he was okay as a senior chihuahua. Luck was on my side and my prayers were answered when I came across Pet House Suites. The staff is always very welcoming, and Chelsea does an excellent job with a full groom. I used to drive quite a distance for grooming services, but since finding this place, it has been incredibly convenient. They truly did a wonderful job.

On Sunday September 14, 2025, our dog was scheduled for drop off at PetHouse Suites in Warrenton, Va. Upon arrival, she was refused boarding because her vet didn’t send the required paperwork for boarding; a new, not-communicated policy. Learning of this and in order to abide by PetHouse Suites' policy, I was able to get the mandatory paperwork completed and faxed the next morning. A short time after that I received a call from Etta, the manager at PetHouse Suites, stating that they won't accept our dog due to some notes on her vet report. Etta further stated, due to our dog's age, she has a difficult time getting up on slippery floors and for that reason alone, she would be refused boarding. We just just moved Warrenton and I am a new dog mom. I took peanut to one place which they did a good job but the personality and care just wasn’t there. so decided to look somewhere else and found this place. They were so sweet and so kind and generally took the time to get to know him. This will be peanuts new home the staff there was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend.
