Tail of Joy Grooming

What kind words can I use to describe Christine.....Very passionate about how she treated my fur baby. And when I say baby, I brought my 75 pound Sable colored female German Shepard Nyjah, for her spa day. She started blowing her coat early considering it's February. The amount of fur she brushed/combed out was phenomenal!!! Her coat looked absolutely beautiful when I picked her up. Her nails were clipped just right, and her ears were cleaned perfectly. I would Definitely recommend Tail of Grooming for anyone who wants their dog taken care of with love. (The other dog in the picture to the left of her is Otis. Unbeknownst to him, he's next)

My husband picked up the dogs and said we have a situation. I do not how to have the talent to take a happy healthy pup and give them a haircut like they have mange. But this lady has that talent. Both my dogs look like they we put through a chipper. My poor Aussie. Her entire back end and all her tail hair shaved down bald with patches all over. Uneven scissor marks all over both my dogs. My Aussie has been licking herself where she was aggressively shaved all evening. I am going to have to cone her. The only reason this person has high reviews is b/c she offers discounts for good reviews. And no. I am not calling her so she can hide this. Don’t take a dog there for a hair cut! This woman will hack them up and not even notify you that she is shaving them down.

Tail of Joy Grooming provided great service for my miniature pinscher/chihuahua! The groomer was very kind and took my dog in as soon as possible. When I arrived, she was very gentle with my pup and made sure I knew exactly what services he would be receiving. For a bath, trim, nail cut, ear clean, gland expression, and teeth clean, the price was extremely reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with her work! My dog is naturally very anxious and can get a bit aggressive because of this, but she was very confident in her abilities to handle the job. The teeth cleaning wasn’t exactly successful, but she made sure to put a cleaning spray into his mouth as a substitute, which I appreciate. When I returned to pick him up, he was happy, well trimmed, and very clean!!

I took my five-month old Goldendoodle puppy Archer to Tail of Joy grooming for the first time today for a full grooming (his second grooming appointment ever). Everyone was so kind and so committed to ensuring he was comfortable, and he looks amazing! We will become regular Tail of Joy customers after such a great first experience!

Great service at a great price with a lot of flexibility for busy family schedules. She treats our fur babies like family. They always look and feel happy when we pick them up ♥️
