I highly recommend Pet Health Center! As a first-time fur parent, I was thrilled by the support they provided for my little one. When I called, the staff member was incredibly professional and compassionate, which made a huge difference when I felt overwhelmed about my fur baby's needs. She was very helpful in scheduling an appointment and even found morning openings for us. The prices at Pet Health Center were reasonable, especially compared to other places I contacted that seemed more focused on profits than care. It's comforting to know that a facility genuinely cares about the well-being of our pets. They truly became a support system for my family during a time when we needed it most. I'm still grieving the loss of my cat toffee. We took her here in November 2023. She was eating and drinking excessively, peeing so much it got on her/stuck to her, and peeing outside the litter box. When we took her she got blood work done, and we were told we would be called if something was wrong. We waited a month and there was no call, but toffee was still acting the same so we called instead. The front desk answers and first they refuse to say anything about the results over the phone, saying we needed to wait for the vet and come in. We were not having it. Finally she told us that her glucose was extremely high, and she probably has diabetes. We were in shock. I was told 200 for the vist, It cost me 417 dollars and A 1000 for dental work, when I came to get the work done the estimate was 1600-2100 I couldn't afford that, the dog was my girl friends, who passed away he is 10 years old. When I ask why the price change? I was told A different vet gave me the estimate that was not there that day of the surgery!!!!; what A rip off!!!

Dr. Podduturi is very knowledgeable, and the vet techs here are fairly laid-back. I have a difficult, and senior dog who I have brought here twice now for a regular visit and an emergency one, and both times I've felt satisfied with the care he received. The first visit felt a little tense, I'm sure due to my dog having history with the clinic and not being the best behaved boy as he is technically adopted by me but has gone to the clinic a few times prior, and I felt a degree of the doc not being too happy at the state of my dog. Fast forward to my last visit that ended up being an emergency one, the atmosphere of the visit was way different. I had just adopted an 8 week old kitten and took her PSPCA. The open spots for vet clinic were filled and gave me Pet Health Center number . They said prices were comparable to them and they were close. I called, was able to get an appt within 30 min! Mire importantly, they were kind, sympathetic, listened to me and were gentle with Betty. I was very happy with the doctor, vet tech and even the girls at front desk. Very welcoming. The vet explained everything to me so that i I understood. You expect a vet and the people who work there to be kind and gentle and show the animals some love. Not so. I have been to one that wasn't.
