The entire staff but especially Dr. Sterle are wonderful. They not only dealt with my cat but helped calmed her very frantic owner down. They also allowed her to come home right away to calm me down even though they normally would have kept her all day! Megan was very quick to get her in to be seen and all the staff did everything possible to allay my fear as well as provide top care to my girl. She is doing better by the day and their compassion is heartwarming. Their prices are also phenomenal and take every precaution they can to do what’s needed while keeping costs as low as reasonably practicable.

We absolutely love this clinic! We've gone here for about 8 years and Dr Sterle and her staff have been remarkable. They are caring, and focused on your pet's health. Dr Sterle is caring and always straightforward with her diagnosis and treatment plans. It's obvious she cares. She provides information so you feel educated about your pet's health. It's an extreme comfort to work with someone that you have so much confidence in. Her staff is professional, caring and kind. We recommend Dr Sterle to everyone we meet who is in need of a vet. We appreciate her and her staff so very much. It's obvious they are all about the best possible care for your pets.

Even though I lost my sweet Rosie girl, unexpectedly, I want to take a moment to praise the incredible staff at the clinic. Their compassion during such a difficult time meant the world to me. They did everything they could to help her, handling her with so much care and love, both before and after she had passed. And their heartfelt condolences truly touched my heart. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their kindness and professionalism. Thank y’all again.

This vet has been the best we have gone to. The whole staff is great and it’s super affordable. I highly recommend this place to bring your animals. After going to other vets (multiple times) for issues with my cat and getting no answers (except bill after bill after bill), it took ONE visit for this clinic to find out what was wrong with her. Knowledgeable, caring, kind, efficient and affordable place to bring your pets.

Dr. Sterle has been saving our families dogs and cats and horses since 1999. I left the Decatur area almost 6 years ago and when my pets or my grown children or grandchildren's pets have any issue their local vet has not been able to resolve we drive to Pet Health Center for Dr. Sterle's help. She has performed difficult surgeries with spectacular results and I consider her the best diagnostician and most learned physician in Texas. I drive 3 hours to see her and none of my family lives closer than an hour from the clinic. Thank you Dr. Sterle for your drive to find the source and the best treatment to resolve the problem.
