I can't believe any of those one-star reviews. I called the facility around noon, and they told me that I could bring my horse in around 4:00 p.m. I was having him evaluate it before we were going to put him down from his pain. When we arrived I gave him some sedative and pain relief right away. Was not expecting that. When it was our time to see the vet very straightforward in our situation. Took x-rays and a sonogram. After reviewing the x-rays he told me that he has seen worse. And he had a plan to make him feel better. Everybody we dealt with was super friendly and helpful.
Dr. Harvey and staff went over and beyond to save our newborn baby donkey who was brought in at midnight unresponsive and close to death. Dr. Harvey and his staff met us there and worked thru the night to save him. Our baby donkey was in ICU there for 5 days and received incredible care and was handled by staff with lots of love. He made a remarkable recovery thanks to all their skills and compassion. Cannot thank Outlaw Equine enough!
Had to get a health cert done to transport a horse and the outlaw team did fantastic to work around the winter weather and get the cert done in time. They went out of their way to do a farm call when no other vet office was willing.
I brought my horse in after he was injured while out of state. The out of state vet didn't have the equipment needed to determine why his leg was swelling past his hock. Long story short; the injury was almost 2 weeks old by the time Josh Harvey saw him. His diagnoses After another week was an infected tendon sheath. What? If anyone knows anything about an infected tendon sheath, without treatment (flushing) within 3 to 5 days the horse will go septic from the toxins and die! This was over 3 weeks already from the onset of the injury. Since Josh Harvey could not fix this infected tendon sheath, he wanted to euthanize my horse. Absolutely not said I. After another week of my hosing and salving trying to relieve the swelling on my 3 legged lame horse, I agreed to have him euthanized. T
Thank you, thank you! I am just beyond grateful that Doc Harvey came out so late on a busy night , thinking it would just be sutures but ended up taking x-rays and cleaning eye socket fragments out of her . Thank you to you and your assistant for taking such gentle, wonderful care of my old girl. You guys are amazing!
