Pet Food Express

Good people, generally friendly and service responsive. They could differentiate themselves by having Associates help with the pet grooming by dropping in and out as needed to make it easier on pet parent to navigate the grooming process. I like their setup and their willingness to respond. Better than Petco by a lot and not as good as they are capable of being. Above all a good resourced and safe place to self groom my dog.

My experience at this shop was outstanding because of Emily - she went above and beyond for me and my pups, and I wanted to express my gratitude. I have 2 elderly little Maltese, one is going through treatment for lymphoma and the medication he’s on makes him hungry ALL the time. It was the end of the day and we were out of food, so I did a search for one of their favorite brands, “Just Food for Dogs” on google maps and the closest location was a few minutes away from where I was. I drove to the address, but I couldn’t find it, so I called the store (in actuality it was Petfood Express, but there’s a listing error on google maps). This store was open during the power outages. They were very welcoming and helped us locate everything we needed for our 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs and our rabbit. They made the process super easy, especially since we were staying at the evacuation center. Definitely will recommend/shop here in the future!
