Pet Food Express

Beware when buying products at this store!! I bought the pet shampoo tonight at their Burlingame location. The price shown in the shelf was $20.99 but when the cashier scanned the barcode, it's shown $21.99. I told him the price is incorrect and should be $20.99. He ignored me. I paid and got the receipt. Then I told the cashier to come over to check the price himself. He saw $20.99 as I told him. He then just wanted to give me $1 different. I told him I wanted a refund. I then told him to better update the cash register with the price shown on the shelf. He ignored me.

Staff is not Friendly, may be she has a difficult life. I just asking which snacks popular for a senior doggo. Unsure why she needs to give that look, likes she was annoyed by me. Get rest if you in stress mood girl.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for some supplement for my little pup. He suffers under allergies and is pretty picky. And although they did not have the one product I was looking for I got a tryout sample of Turmeric Bars and my little one hesitated first but now he loves it! I will go back to get it. Big thank you to the young woman who took care of my pup.

Stopped by to pick up a cat litter scooper. Multiple salespeople greeted me when I entered and they had the model I wanted at a reasonable price.
