Dr. Treat - Burlingame

We have taken our dog, Howie, to the Dr. Treat Burlingame clinic for about nine months now and are so pleased with the care Howie has received, ever since we first brought him in, limping on his hind leg due to a torn ACL (CCL). Howie had TPLO surgery, and thanks to the helpful and supportive team at Dr. Treat, who provided good care and treatment throughout the TPLO surgery process, Howie recovered and can now happily walk to the park again! I could say that there are many good things about the Dr. Treat clinic, such as the very clean, modern, and well thought-out spaces (lobby/reception area and treatment rooms), as well as the same day/next day appointments, access via the online app, and of course–the treats!! First time coming here per recommendations by family. Staff were friendly and love dogs! Dr Huynh took his time to calm my dog with the vet tech which made for a good experience for my nervous dog. Facility was clean n modern. Website and appt access super easy. I did get LOTs of appointment reminders via text which may be a tad excessive. When I requested a sooner appointment, they were accommodating and though I confirmed on the web and app, it didn’t link to the staff at the front desk. Other than those glitches love this place and will be coming here for future care.

Very thorough, very compassionate. Nice new facility, comfortable. Little bit pricier than your average vet, but seems to be worth it. Offer a yearly membership for $160 that allows free visits all year long and urgent visits. Great for older dogs or dogs with chronic health issues. Definitely will be back, beats VCA by mile.

I have been waiting Dr. Treat Burlingame location to open for a while since it much closer to my home. We had a pleasure of visiting with my fur baby, Coco and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service and care we received. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that Dr. Treat clinic goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and pet friendly environment! The staff are not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. They greeted my fur baby with warmth and address all our concerns from dental hygiene to anxiety concerns and so much more.
