Easy to navigate and neatly organized with a huge selection of items, including fun toys and peanut butter banana treats. It was also wonderful to see that they are no longer selling animals! It's awful to witness sentient beings being sold as if they were just another object on the shelf for profit. I hope that their other locations will stop too.

This place is great. It's not pretty or organized intuitively. The cheaper stuff is on the far back outside walls while the nicer stuff is in the aisles. I can't stand that kind of sorting. It's too manipulative. That said, the prices and variety of choices without having to go to multiple stores for your favorite brands at higher prices. Lots of products I haven't seen in other chain stores. Full dog wash station, bulk food bins, quiet ambience, largest square footage than any other pet store around, and most importantly, kind helpful workers/ security. Watch out for the curb pulling into the parking lot. The driveway is narrow and anyone can easily hit the curb resulting in a flat. It happened to me a few weeks ago. AAA told me that he gets called to that curb a LOT. Overall, a worthwhi

i’ve been here a couple times to use the self dog wash now. the first time i let it slide, but now i’m leaving a review. every time i have come to use the dog wash a basket has been handed to me full of dirty and damaged items to use to bathe my dog. thanks for the tub, hot water and actually clean towel and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. see picture. what a joke. for reference my dog is white and i never used these items. the comb is broken and is an obvious hazard to be avoided. this being said, the vast majority of the staff i’ve encountered here are super friendly, however no one is available in the dog wash area once they’ve handed you a basket. whomever is accountable for the dog wash on fridays needs a lesson in actually doing the job.

I stop by this location pretty frequently to pick up plant-based dog food as well as bird food that I use during pigeon first aid that I do. I didn't go as often as I could because I didn't want to support a place that was selling live animals so I was over the moon when I saw that they no longer sell live animals!!! What a wonderful step forward. Even the "best" places someone could source from are contributing to tens if not hundreds of thousands of animals being euthanized every year. We must move to only adopting animals. My rescued dog loves their food and treats and I'm so happy that I can be a frequent shopper once more. I'm so proud of them for ending the exploitation, commodification, and normalization of living beings as things to be bought and sold. Thank you! I hope more people

Best place for all supplements and food, never had a problem getting what I need. Don't need a membership, never had to wait in a long line, staff is super help even with checking back stock for items. I shop here of major name brand storea any day.
