I'm so grateful for this cute little shop. I just moved to the neighborhood and got so tired of dealing with delivery services that charge exorbitant fees on top of high prices, and feel so much better about supporting a neighborhood store. I came in for a few little items and had a fun chat with Mack, who lives in my former neighborhood. I felt so welcome, I came back a few days later for kibble, more treats, and a toy. When I asked about larger bags of kibble, Mack was so kind to place an order for it because they only stock the smaller bag. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back.

This is my favorite location. The customer service is outstanding, and you feel like family when you walk in. I stop by here often because they carry their version of “bully snaps,” I guess it is a different version of a bully stick. My dog prefers these, and I stop by every week to pick up a pack. It’s fun to be treated like family by the employees here.

Few weeks ago we visited this store, it was always a nice store with wide selection of wet food, cat nip toys and a cute cat manager. We had a little chat with the guy at the counter called Louis (pronounced as Loo-ee) about the story behind the pet photos on the wall, his family, his Asian friend.. everything seems to be going well and sweet until he all of a sudden starting to express how he likes the appearance of Asian actress, and making the slanted eye gesture by putting his finger to the outer corner of his eyes. We were like WOW that’s a NO even if he was acting like a nice person. We quickly ended the convo peacefully but thinking back at it, I think the guy knows what he was doing and he meant it. Would not visit this store chain anymore.

A mini boutiquey version of the chain with high quality food and all the basics for your dog or cat.

This place does not accept returns for pet items like deshedders and toys that are intact and unused. When I tried to return an unused deshedder they rejected my return because it was not in its original packaging. Not sure how I'm supposed to try the deshedder or toy without taking it out of its package and clips but I learned my lesson. Best to buy pet toys and non food related items from commercial stores like chewy and PetSmart.
